All items will be shipped by Sarlis to anywhere worldwide.
Packages are shipped through USPS and should arrive within 3-4 days in the US. International packages going to Canada may take 1+ weeks, and international packages going elsewhere may take 2+ weeks.
Refunds/exchanges will be given only if products are damaged. Please contact Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a refund or exchange. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and products must be unused.
Sarlis is not liable for any lost packages delivered through USPS, and unfortunately cannot offer replacements or refunds on missing orders. Be sure to check with your local post office and your tracking number if available.
